I completed a mission but didn't get the achievement???

Hi, I just completed the story mode and I'm looking for 100% achievement, so I finished a secondary mission called

"Special delivery" in which I have to bring a woman to the hospital, when you finish Tha mission they give you some coins

And a special shirt, and then you unblock a secret achievement. The problem is tha i didn't get that trophy and i cant

Repeat missions... what can I do?

What is wrong with my campaign progress? Game shows that I havent completed missions on legendary.

I think it's a bug. I had the same issue, i completed it on legendary co-op, got all the mission achievements but didn't get the achievement for completing the game on legendary and the first mission we started on didn't unlock.

Halo Reach campaign

On Halo Reach, I have completed some missions on Matchmaking Co-op but the 10th mission won't unlock. Every mission has been completed on Normal (some on Heroic & Legendary, some on co-op), yet the 10th mission didn't unlock. I think it even reset my Solo
progress on a couple missions, but it still registered as completed on the Co-op progress. Why won't the 10th mission unlock even though I completed the 9th mission? Does it matter if I complete it on Solo or Co-op?

Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for an achievement to appear. Also look in your achievements, the notification sometimes doesn't pop up.

I got the achievement for completing Mission 2 and I stopped and started. But I just finished Mission 3 and 4 ( 4 without stopping) and their achievements didn't pop. Frustrating.

I just got and Xbox one and killer instinct(combo breaker edition) last week, beat the dojo missions up to 21, and didn't get any achievements, played last night and saw on the main screen about trials to beat dojo mission 22, andiI got kp from completing
the trial, did a few more from the trial menu on the main screen and I was able to pop the complete 3 trials achievement and complete 5 dojo missions achievement. Now I'm on mission 30 and I don't think ill get the orange belt achievement(complete 16) or black
belt(complete 32). What can I do? Can I erase my game save a start over on my achievements? Or is there no way to do that on the Xbox one?

I think I missed the achievement "Good Karma" by not completing the SF missions. I killed Defalco, Harper, and wounded Admiral Briggs, but I didn't get it.
