    I claimed a code for the new minecraft menace cape, but i didn't get it on my account.


    Recently, i redeemed a code from Tik Tok in the minecraft web site as the app said, but it didn't showed up in the launcher. I tried to redeem it again, but, obviously, it didn't work either microsoft or minecraft reedeem page because it was already redeemed. Please, help me solve it. Thanks.

    I'm sorry to hear that you did not get your cape in your account. Can you please check in here if your cape is showing as redeemed? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If it is listed in there, please try following the steps below:

    1. Restart your device.

    2. Logout your Microsoft account in Minecraft Launcher then sign back in.

    3. Open Bedrock Edition, go to Dressing Room > Capes.

    4. Then for Java Edition please try to check in the launcher, go to Skins > Edit your skin then check if the cape is now in there.

    If it's not appearing in Java Edition, try to activate the cape first in Bedrock Edition.

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with getting your Menace Cape.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    The Menace Cape should first appear in the Bedrock Edition dressing room.

    Kindly double-check that you're logged into the correct Microsoft account where you redeemed the cape because if you're using a different account in the Minecraft Launcher, the cape won't appear.

    And then close and reopen the Minecraft Launcher to refresh your account and sync any redeemed items.

    To set your expectation properly, it can take up to 72 hours for it to show up in your Minecraft account. Please know that this delay is normal and caused by server-side processing.

    3. Open Bedrock Edition and go to your Dressing Room and proceed to Capes. Please check if your Home cape and Menace cape are now showing.
