Discus and support I changed the microsoft account and i cant enter now in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I had an account where i bought Destiny with all DLC´s and all was perfect in the xbox 360 but i tried to log in in xbox one and i couldn´t and there...     I changed the microsoft account and i cant enter now


    I had an account where i bought Destiny with all DLC´s and all was perfect in the xbox 360 but i tried to log in in xbox one and i couldn´t and there was the option of changing the microsoft account, i did it, i created a new microsoft account and all was
    perfect, i could enter the profile that day but the next day i tried to enter and i couldn´t, it didn´t told me to choose a password and now i try to enter to the profile and it says that the old password is wrong and i dont know what to do, i had games in
    the account and i don´t want to loose them, please, i want to have the old account, not the new, help.

    I cant enter Live account

    I lose my key and can't enter my Live account with this game now

    but I was activated this game key already in 2012-2013 year

    Having problems with changing DOB on microsoft account.

    Just found this tidbit regarding only being allowed to make one account change per 30 days. WTF Microsoft. Just, WTF? Why not put that info in the error message, or at least in the directions for account swapping!?

    I live in usa

    I went to Israel with my son and wife where we got the reedem code

    We needed to change region to put the code in

    And now we are back in usa and he cant download the dlc he wanted

    So what do i do now?

    Sorry, I didn't understand which region you switched, but the answer is still the same. The region migration tool can only be used every 3 months. Region migration is only supposed to be used if you've actually moved to a new region or are planning to stay
    there a while. It's not made for quick changes.
