I changed my xbox gamertag website and it hasn't changed in 8 hours!

it can take longer than that. you can try to remove and redownload your profile on your console.

im experiencing the same issue. i changed my gamertag a few hours ago but nothing is changed? i tried deleting account from xbox and restarting but it still hasn't changed even though i've been billed for it.

If its just your gamertag on call of duty that hasn't changed, got to activisions website sign into your activision account and you can change your display name from there, modern warfare uses your activision account name not your gamertag I had to
do the same thing when I changed my gamertag on my xbox
