I am so sorry you are having issues with suspensions due to a compromission.

I would firstly recommend looking over these security details in case he can still access the account.

You can see if they are using your Hotmail by logging into this part of your account: [account.live.com/Activity]

It would also be good to contact your bank for fraud prevention.

Then it's best to secure your account by operating off this dashboard: [account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional]

The two most important steps are changing your password and enabling two factor verification. The better version is the 'Passwordless option'.

Then you should update all of your recovery information to ensure you at least have 3 forms and then generate a 25 digit code. After, this you can sign everyone out.

The last step is to fully secure your account is to change your log-in alias.

You do no need to complete this step, it is only to guarantee the utmost protection and remove all log-in attempts going forward.

I'm pretty sure it's an 0800 number from the uk so as long as you don't call them from a mobile the call will be free

I too want to remove a credit card from my account...... the card has expired but is still getting charged and my bank is paying it (WTF) , i just want the card removed as my life has changed but i still want my account. Why cant we remove our credit card
details.....???
