I'm currently having the same code issue, its stopping me from doing many things.

funny how it gives you a code but it doesn't even register on the website. i can't find any good

resolutions online. it very frustrating.

there is a possible resolution i am reluctant to try.

reseting your xbox to factory settings, you will lose everything on your system though.

it might be the only option. I've read forums with people with the exact same issue.

apparently it is a common issue

Try removing the profile from the console then re-downloading it. Good Luck!
