    hi you need to have gold account and if you already have a gold account to see if your game is used or borrowed it to play the fifa online you will have to purchase the online pass code

    I'll assume you're trying to play an online multiplayer game.

    In case you have a child account (i.e. the birthdate you entered when you created the account doesn't make you of legal adult age), you need the help of a parent. If you have an adult account according to the birthdate, you can skip the following paragraph.

    Ask the parent to go to
    https://account.microsoft.com/family
    and have them sign in with their adult parent account. Have them add your account to the family. In order to prevent kids from creating their own "adult" account, the parents have to verify their age through a small
    charge from their credit card. So even if a kid gets hold of the parent's credit card, the parents will see the age verification charge on their credit card bill.

    Now go (or have your parents go) to

    . Sign in yourself if you are an adult, or have your parents sign in there. Select your account, and in the settings for the categories "online privacy, Xbox One/Windows 10 and Xbox 360" make the necessary changes.

    Be sure to submit the changes on each category, before you move to the next category. Since you don't say which game you get that message from, it might be necessary to allow content created by others set to "Everyone", or to allow multiplayer games outside
    of Xbox Live.

    After the changes have been made, sign out of your account on your console, and sign back in for the changes to take effect.

    Sometimes it might be necessary to set your online and privacy settings to default first and saving them, before the changes take effect.

    Hello, I read your post, and I believe I understand your position. The Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

    May I ask if you are playing on an Xbox with only one account? Also a lot of these settings can be changed in parental controls. do you have parental controls activated on your console? The reason I ask if you are playing on an Xbox with only one account
    is because if there are other accounts, like a parent's account, then accounts below them may be affected by their settings. Hopefully we can troubleshoot the situation and get you back to gaming.
