I cant Write Xbox live messages and i cant join online Partys

Cant join Xbox live (please help)

I have my first Xbox (Xbox 360 Slim, old few days) and I cant join to Xbox Live with my Windows Live ID. Always when i want join Xbox Live, it write error message: "This Windows LIVE ID is associated with a different gamertag. Enter anoher Windows Live ID
and password." And when I want enter another windows live ID, it write another message: "Sorry there is a problem with the credentials that you re using to sing in". I didnt got to Xbox LIVE ever, so can somebody help me?

Cant Message on my Xbox one since November

Hello I am from Germany,

and since November i cant send message with my xbox one, everytime i try to write something i get the message that the function did not work and i should contact support. Now i have enough of this issue, how is this possible? i can play online, i never made
something bad in xbox live and the present for it is that i cant write with other people. Iam sorry but i pay 60 bucks a year for your online Service and the half of it didnt function, so do something against it

2. Does similar issues occur within the Xbox app? (If you can, please try messaging on the Xbox app on Windows 10, Windows Phone 10, iOS, or Android):

3. Does similar errors occur on Xbox.com? If you haven't already, please try messaging from there as well:

4. Have you followed each of the steps on our Xbox Live Message Error Solution, including adding a phone number?

5. Have you followed each of the steps on our Xbox Live Party Troubleshooter?

I'm not an expert and do not know much except for you to wait and be patient and see what happens. Here is a website

I choose download my profile and the xbox is write : check netwrok status after i see Cant connect to xbox live .... bla bla bla after I chose test connection and internet is OK , Netwrok is OK xbox live conect IS FAILED !

If you don't own a headset. There is another option, in minecraft there is an item called "signs", on them you can write whatever you want. I would suggest using a keyboard to write quicker. Or message them through xbox live.
