I cant wait to get my PS4!

I am wondering why the block and mute buttons do not work on the Xbox one. Microsoft is allowing players to continually send message after message griefing and antagonizing - after they have been blocked and muted!. Then they suspend communication on peoples
accounts when they are sick and tired of the constant griefing and retaliate. When I played the 360 last year I complained every week for months about a hacker that was bullying people and kicking them offline and Microsoft did absolutely NOTHING. You need
to get your priorities straight Microsoft - you are quite happy to take money - but the service you are providing is failing.

Don't retaliate. You say they do "nothing" yet you've mentioned people get banned for retaliation.

I've blocked a few users and never heard from them again. Also, if you block someone and then send them a message while they're blocked, it automatically unblocks them leaving the door open to harass you again.
