    I pre-ordered the super-deluxe edition of fifa 16 on the 14th July and i got my ea access code whilst on holiday and since i have got back i have tried to view it but it is not in my message centre, therefore i cannot redeem it. i have contacted ea (they
    sent me to xbox live chat) and from there i was sent to post this, they have the details of my purchase of pre-ordered fifa 16. so... yeah, any help would be appreciated.

    LOST EA ACCESS CODE

    I had preordered FIFA 16 1 1/2 months ago and received my 1-month EA Access code through Xbox messages. Now, I can't view it anymore. Is there a way I can get the code re-sent to my account?

    i can't redeem my ea access code

    i tried on my xbox one, on my phone and event form the website , i get the same message "There was a problem , please try again later"

    the guy i spoke 2 on the xbox chat centre sent me an email with the chat transcript (i have just replaced the 1st part of my email address with ...........:
