I can't view my achievement/gamest list and no solution works

For the past few days now my achievement/game list hasn't showed up on my profile (next to feed, and next to following and followers on your profile page). Whenever I scroll over to the "achievement" page it just says "Get your game on...Play games and earn
achievements -- they'll show up here."

Can someone please help me on this? I've done hard reset about 3 times now and nothing works.

Nope, no change. I've seen that solution for when achievements aren't unlocking. The achievements are all unlocked but the problem is in the list view saying 19/20. :-(

 

I'm also having this issue some please help!!

 

Same here, last achievement was unlocked 18ish hours ago but I still can't view it on my console, only the same msg pops up

 

Possible solution reset your dashboard. RT & LT & Y . The screen should blink if successful

 

Same problem for days now. Achievement app does not work. Works for other accounts on same Xbox but not mine.

same issue here. but only on the xbox one, everything still shows up on my 360

 

I just got the xbox one, and out of box it didn't show them not even on the windows 10 Xbox app, once I downloaded my profile to the xbox one. so was any one's else's achievements displayed correctly in the past. as there was just the February update. so
maybe the update broke things

 

new issue. i had them just a day or two ago

 

I contacted support, and front line wasn't able to figure it out so apparently they escalated the issue, and now just playing the waiting game. will keep u posted

 

I have same problem with my profile, I've notice it something like five days ago, tray customers sopport but that dont bring any help. We are sitting ducks ;/ oh and everything on my x360 is ok

 

same problem here... contacted support and all they could suggest is power cycle and removing my account which i've already done 4 times

 

@XboxSupport on tweeter says its an ongoing issue and they're working on it
