    I can't verify my settings account using the link aka.ms/familyverify. He's trying to get permission to add money to his account and I don't get the notification. When I open up the family safety app says to fix his account but the instructions don't work

    This still doesn't work and hasn't for months? What is Microsoft doing to fix this? Familyverify is broken!

    I'm having a similar problem, Microsoft Family Safety says I need to sign in again to verify. When I follow the instructions to verify it goes into a loop if enter pin, no redirect happens, the dialog that appears... "Please click here if the page does not redirect automatically" ... if I click it the pin dialog comes back...infinite loop, enter pin, click here, back to enter pin.

    I have tried turning off for this child, removed the child from family safety, the re-added the child, no change.

    It appears that Microsoft Family Safety is broken and doesn't work anymore, I've used it with some success for 7 years.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Xbox forums and bringing up these issues.

    While we investigate and escalate the issue, please try using the Mobile app Xbox Family Settings on your mobile device which allows you to check their screen time, enable content restrictions and add balance (additionally having the ability to ask permission to purchase)

    Note: There is another app called Microsoft Family Settings which does not have the same functionality as above.

    I understand this is not a fix for the PC app, but an alternative to help continue using these features while this issue is escalated. Please let me know if you are also experiencing issues with the Mobile app as well.

    May I know where are you trying to verify the settings?
    In your PC or phone?
    If it's in your phone, can you try using a PC instead to see if the issue persist?

    If maybe the issue persist, can you try removing an re-adding the child account to the family group?
