I can´t use xbox live gold

Hi, I bought a year xbox live gold today via web page and in the console I can not use, still offers me to buy. what could be the problem? Thank you for your answer.

Cant Connect With Or Without Wifi

You can`t use most apps when you are silver,so youtube won`t work.

Any cloud saves will need to be moved to your hard drive before you can use them.

Sliver members can still connect to xbox live,you just can`t use gold services.

If you added the membership on the website it can take a while for it to populate your account.

Please head over to Settings>Network and run a Network Test to see if that speeds things up. If that doesn't work then try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

I have tried a test network and nothing new, but it is interesting that 28.9 I activated the month xbox live gold for free and to this day it does not work. I can not have something set wrong with account?

Uh oh, that doesn't sound good. If you added a membership in Sept. but never got it then you should contact phone support for more assistance with this as you are showing as a Silver account.

1-800-469-9269 in North America or click the link to arrange a call back.

Also, be sure to check your account at commerce.microsoft.com to ensure that there is a history of the membership. If there is not then perhaps you accidentally added it to a different account.

after payment Live Gold for one year I can not play fifa online and on commerce.microsoft.com I have gold account twice, one runs on 28.10. and the next I paid 18.10 for one year. if you can not be in this problem can somehow erase the winding down prematurely.
I started this and then be seen. thank you for your help.

As I stated in my last post you would need to contact phone support for your country for more assistance as this does seem to be a billing issue. No one on the forums can assist with billing issues. That remains solely with phone support.

I just tried using a 2 day Live Gold code from Halo Reach,.........used the c`puter online redeem method.........it accepted the code,.....but didn`t change me over to Gold.

I contacted support by phone,......after going through the motions,...they come back and say the 2 day Live Gold offer is tied to having the Halo Reach game.....and since I don`t have the game I don`t get the 2 day Gold offer........WHAT?

This can`t be so,can it?

I`ve never seen a 2 day Live Gold offer being tied to any previous game of any types before have you?

I buyed the xbox live gold for 12 months and in my ccount appears that in 2019 its over but it doesn't let me play because it says that I don´t have gold
