I can't use user generated content in Forza Horizon 5.

You need to manage your privacy and online safety settings

Change tthe following seeting to "Allow":

-You can play with people outside of Xbox

-You can create and join clubs

-You can join multiplayer games

-You can add friends

I have a question ive been trying to access public user generated content in forza horizon 5 and it wont let me because of privacy settings can you give us an updated version of how to do this.

I have all of the settings on allow, the issue is that Forza Horizon 5 continues giving the message "Access to user-generated content is restricted by your profile privacy settings." I am currently trying to uninstall then reinstall the game.

On the Privacy & Online Safety screen, click the Privacy tab and make sure the following is set to Everyone:

"You can see and upload community creations"

Beyond that, if it still doesn't work, then no clue as that setting plus the ones Francia posted about before are the only ones needed. You could double check to make sure you don't have some sort of ban on Forza that is stopping you (and showing the wrong message):

Far as I know, there is no restriction on that in the game...more likely, the child account has some parental restrictions preventing it
