I can't use Ultimate Pass

Well, it seems that my account was banned since 2012 but there was no information about it on enforcement.xbox.com. There is still no information. I got the information that the support can't do anything about it?! I got this by your chat!

But I spent around 150 Euros for having Ultimate Pass for 3 years.

So, please unban my account since I didn't have to do anything about it. Maybe my account was hacked back then.

Or refund my money. Yeah, I bought all codes from a store offline. But it is not my problem that I could redeem the codes although my account is banned. Then do not allow redeeming codes.

If nothing happens I think about lawsuit since your policy is against EU-law. I am sorry to write that but your policy is not helpful.

Someone else stated they had the same issue and was able to fix it by changing their their settings from "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites." to "Everyone" on the https://account.xbox.com/Settings?rtc=1&wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=main

rivacytab and
then restarting the computer.

Otherwise, to receive a refund, you would need to submit a refund request or contact support and speak to billing again
about the ban on your account since it sounds like a billing issue and not an enforcement ban.

You can't use it for game pass unless you have already game pass ultimate or after redeem the code you get one month of game pass ultimate, more information here

Hello!

"Trial" means you can use them on your account so long as you're not subscribing / have subscribed to the service in the past. So if you have used the Game Pass Ultimate service in the past, for instance, you can't use a trial code for it on the same account,
it won't work.

And no, Game Pass Ultimate is unique, it cannot be considered as either Gold or regular Game Pass. But you can use Game Pass Ultimate to get the same benefits of the other two services in a single package, for sure.
