I can't use toad500

I've tried to register the name toad500 which basically isn't registered/and or used by someone... it is like a completely empty profile, it has less than 0 gamescore N/A if you get what I mean. I really need this name "toad500" and an alternative name isn't
an option for me because I'm known as toad500 everywhere else on the internet... HELP and because I've trademarked that name...

So let me get this straight. You are no longer going to use items that you already paid for because an old piece of equipment that you've had for years has finally died and you don't want to pay for repairs. Also, instead of paying $100 for repairs, you
have decided to pay $400 for a different console (not including replacing games you already own). Have I got that about right? Doesn't really seem financially smart but who am I to judge.

Not sure how you've trademarked a name.

Gamertags are used on other services,not just xbox live so you can't know if the tag is in use or not.

If it says the tag is unavailable then that's it,you can't use it.You cannot request that a gamertag be freed up either.

You will have to use another gamertag or just keep checking the one you want from time to time to see if it has become available.

 

well like I said an alternative name isn't an option for me... I've also trademarked this name... I really need that name... I need help from an xbox moderator to check if it is taken somewhere else or not

 

Its taken, or something similar like toad200 or in that range.

 

You can't trademark an xbox live gamertag.

It's taken,there's nothing you can do.Moderators are just regular xbox users like you & me & cannot help you.

As i've said,you cannot request that a gamertag be freed up,you will not get that gamertag unless it's user changes it to something else.

 

You cannot use this gamertag as it is used on another Microsoft Account required service.

You can claim trademark as much as you please, but you're never going to gain access to that gamertag.

 

also to add the system does not recognize the difference between caps/no caps and space/no space , and dave mcfly 85 are all considered the same tag you will just have to pic another name sorry nothing else you can do about it.
