I can't use the games with gold or deals with gold

so here's the problem. I can do literally everything with my gold but get the games and deals with gold. when i try it tells me to renew my xbox live gold. I went to renew my xbox gold and it said "you can't have more than one of these" or something like
that. Anyone have a solution?

Did you use a Trial-Code for your Gold-Membership?

When "Yes" - With a Trial-Membership you can't use Games with Gold or Deals with Gold - pls buy an normal Membership for 1, 3, 6 or 12 Month.

 

Deals with Gold with 2 Days trial Xbox Live Gold

Yeah,things like "deals with gold" & "games with gold" require a full gold membership.

You can't use a trial for these promotions.

You can use a 1,3 or 12 month subscription but you do need to remain gold to play the Xbox One Games with Gold.

 

You are showing as a Gold member. Can you try deleting your profile from the console then hold the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down and finally redownload your profile again to see if that helps?

 

Had the same problem, worked after a few hours without profile redownload. Was in the beginning of january.

But since then, my tenure is gone!
