I can't use the chat on Mixer

Since the first day I visit the Mixer, I couldn't type anything in the chat.

I've never successfully send a singe letter in any channel, all channel response the same massange:
You are Not permitted to do that.

ALL the platform I tried to use have the same problem. Mainly I use Chrome and IphoneX.

Before this e-mail, I had tried the solutions below:

Cleaning the cache on my browser , Clean the DNS Data, using incognito mode, Change the User Name/ password of my Ms account, Use another browser, reset my computer, sub to a streamer.

I have no problems to use my account information on other web site, All these moves comes down to the same result:

You are not permitted to do that.

Again yes I have this issue on all channels.

I've tried to contact the support team for over a month, Nearly 30 mails back and forth just trying to get help.

Last time the response I got is " this ticket has been moved into the internal engineering bug queue"

Nothing happens.

This time the response I get is "Please email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and they'll be able to assist you further"

And when I mailed them, the Guardian team just replied "Please email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and they'll be able to help you"

Nope, I’ve never agreed to anything, it’s a problem since the first sec.

Hello! do you have any type of restrictions on your account? Did you try to removed your account from mixer and add it again?

so you were able to use chat with a new account?

good news is that it isn't hardware or network related.

is there any chance that your account was banned? (I know a few streamers were banning people for using skill stickers a while ago. any chance that you innocently got caught up in that?) although I would assume that Mixer support would have told you that
was the reason when you first contacted them.

In all honesty, this sounds like a ban. Now, I am not saying you have been. But I know some people who have been banned by a channel and received the same messages. Now for you to be banned from every channel does not seem very likely. This leads me to
think it is on Mixers end. Having one account work and the other not, seems odd. If you have children, it can also be possible that Mixer limited the chat on the account if someone knew anyone under the age of 13 was using it. As a mod on a channel, I have
seen this happen before. Someones kid used there account, logged in and started chatting. Once the kid said their age the account was reported. I do not know if this is something that could have affected you. But figured I would bring it up in case of the
possibility.
