    I can't use Skype in xboxone, open a few seconds automatically closed, have tried to install the new Skype, could not
    be resolved. Other Skype account can be used.

    Can xbox live communicate across both systems?

    I dont think Cross Gen Multiplayer will be available just because games like BF4 on XboxOne will have multiplayer games of 64 32vs32 and on Xbox 360 BF4 will have multiplayer games of 24 12vs12. I would think communication as far as skype, party chat, private
    chat and messaging would work. Skype itself i think answers the communication question. Skype will work if your calling from a 360 to XboxOne.

    Built In Skype Support

    I'm really excited for Skype being on the XboxOne as well. I use Skype for my PC gaming and I love how it'll work on the Xbox.
    However, I hope it's not a full version of Skype. Some times when playing a game, skype can lag if you have too many people or a really big game.

    Can you try holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down then unplug everything from it and let it sit for 5 minutes before starting it up again? Hopefully that should fix the issue for you.
