    I cant use party still and/or send messages even though my communication ban ended today at ...


    I cannot hear or talk to my friends in party chat, I can receive messages but when i send them they aren't being received by my friends also, my enforcement as also ended today and this problem is persisting for the past 1 hour and a half.

    No longer suspended but I can't send messages?

    I can't play online, send messages, or go into a party. The suspension ended today at around 4:56-4:57 pm Pacific Time so I don't understand

    I am still banned after the unban deadline.

    I was banned for communication. I was unbanned on 5/30/17 at 8:24 PM. It is 5/30/17 at 9:12 PM and I am still unable to talk in party or send messages or any other media related items. Please help I use these features all the time and I need to use them
    but I can't even after the ban was lifted

    Another Update ... Ban Over and still can't chat and no way to contact anyone at Microsoft to help.

    Been over a month now since my ban ended, and still cant chat or send messages.

    Sending invites to other players is a way to communicate, so yes is part of the communication ban, you can send party or game invites, an you cant send messages

    Same here! It should have been a 2 week communication ban for me and it was supposed too be over yesterday. Today I still can't start a party or send messages... Please help Microsoft this is not a new problem iv'e seen old posts
