I CAN'T USE MY XBOX ONE BECAUSE IT WON'T STOP UPDATING!!!!!!!

After 8 hours it finally updated the system where I could log in and use it, I just bought this a month ago. I didn't want to buy a TV because I don't have enough room so I got a used projector which was working well. Now it has a damaged dmp chip because
it's getting so hot from being on so long but the update stops and starts and needs my approval to move forward. So it damaged my equipment in other words. No problem just $200 out the window. So I have to sit there and look at the screen say its updating.
There are white dots all over the screen because of the damaged chip. So I go to play Diablo III Ultimate edition which I purchased. I didn't download it but inserted the game into the hard drive. Now it wants to update Diablo, 700 MB AND take up all my
bandwidth AGAIN so I can't do anything until this is finished doing whatever it needs to. I could have built my own computer, eaten a sandwich, and been watching netflix in all this time. At work, I would have made about five hundred dollars in the time
I've been waiting for this. I had to stop the update so that I could post this. I'm so, so mad. A five hundred dollar system, cost closer to a thousand. And I still can't use it. Can microsoft do anything to make this up to me?

Constant controller disconnects, unable to fix

I have also had a similar problem. My controller will not sync with the system regardless of the steps I take. Even when I connect it via a micro USB the controller will be connected then stop being connected. The only thing I can think of that might fix
it, is updating it but I can't update it because it won't stay connected.

 

Xbox one controller won't turn on

I was updating controller to use my new headset and my controller died for some reason, now it won't turn on and when I press the Xbox button it lights up slightly but won't stay on, if anyone has a solution let me know because I'm pretty annoyed at the
moment.
