    It says it wasn't purchased in my region and I tried every possible country and it still doesn't work. What to do?

    Can't use my XBOX Live code

    Hey,

    so I bought a 1 Month XBOX Live Gold subscription, but when I want to enter it on my XBOX, it says it's not available and I should try again.

    So I did. And this time via PC. The webiste recognizes it as a 1 Month subscription, and passes me to XBOX Live to redeem it with my Account. But it gives me the same error, this time without error codes.

    Is there any way I can redeem it?

    I can't even put my code in. It's seems xbox live has a problem with pre-paid codes.
