The 1 and 3 possibilities are discarted. I am using a Xiaomi Pad 5, it has OTG support (I checked); and the controller came with a Xbox 360 that I bought some years ago.

The adapter isn’t supported on android

You would likely need to match the same exact phone and operating system version, assuming there’s something in them that makes it work

So will try other OTG, because I've used the controller normally on the Xbox two days ago.

You should be able to use it right away, exists the possibility that:

1. Your phone/OS is not fully compatible with the controller

2. The OTG adapter is not working properly with the controller

3. Maybe you're not using an official/original Xbox 360 wired controller

And the controller is recognized as soon as you connect it, so this I why I think in the previous possibilities
