I Can't Use My Rewards! Xbox Live Help!

Well I have estimated an amount of more than 335,000 earnings in Microsoft rewards also 220 Microsoft points and I was wondering how can I deposit these earnings right into my Microsoft account and buy games or tv shows I tried at my account but I couldn't
somehow so I was hoping for you guys to help me get through this issue.

Recently changed gamertag and now my xbox live rewards do not show up

Couple months ago I changed my gamertag and now my xbox live rewards will not show up. I need help to fix this, so I can use xbox live rewards.

 

Xbox Rewards did not deposit to Microsoft Rewards Balanced even though it says deposited

Hi there, when does the xbox rewards points show up in my microsoft reward balance? On 12/28/16, in my xbox live rewards dashboard I see that the rewards were deposited "Rewards Deposited - 30,000 Credits" but I can't figure where they were deposited to?
Can you help?

The 335,050 is your lifetime Credit amount. This includes already deposited Credits. You can view your history of Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, sorted/viewed by LIfetime Rewards Earned. You can then confirm the deposits
as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding funds to your account.
