I can't use my profile by the console

Hellow!

I 've a problem with Xbox Live connection.

Sure that I turned my conso;e on and connected.

BUT: when I wrote down login and password (it was correct!) of my account, system answered that this account has already connected to another profile.

You see, I don't have another profiles on the current console neither another consoles.

So, could you help me to decide this problem?

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

Try this.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console screen use options Reset and keep my games & apps.

Check you Login activity just in case and see if there's any xbox device that you don't recognize

You have to set up a call back from Xbox support.

The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue.

Perhaps your problems are from the outage the Xbox servers are experiencing at the moment.
