    Why i can't use my microsoft points in my country?

    When purchasing Live time and ms points it is always recommended that you buy it from the same region as your XBL account. In your case that would be the Philippines.
    If you try to use any other regions ms points on your account it will not work and you will always get an error code.

    Please help i need your advice. my question is why i can't use my 4000 microsoft points card

    in my country? by the way im here in the philippines and my MS Points prepaid card is came from U.S

    is this ms points card is region lock? or what

    yes if you look at the card itself it says US

    all mspoints are region locked and can only be redeemed in an account where the card is from
