    Could you please make it clear to us whether you encountered a password issue when logging into the Xbox app on a Windows computer or when logging into an Xbox using this account? What specific prompt information did you see?



    If only the password is incorrect, since your Microsoft account is used to log in to Xbox, please first check whether your Microsoft account can log in to the Microsoft account homepage normally:

    Reset Microsoft Password

    I had to reconnect to my network and now I have to renter my Microsoft password. I can’t figure out how to select “reset password” on my tv screen using the Xbox controller(can’t get out of the keyboard) . Any suggestions?
    Use PC or Smartphone for that.
