    I cant use my new account?


    Signing in goes fine up until i actually finish. It says i cant use e account because i already have one. How do i fix this? I would assume i need to delete the old one, but i dont know how and i dont know any of the information about it. I need help deleteting my old account.

    i cant go to my account i need to accept the new terms and conditions when i do this my parents also need to do this on my xbox account but my mom cant use that hotmail account anymore because she got hacked or something now im stuck and cant go on xbox
    live anymore or change the settings of my account to adult

    Cannot accept terms and conditions because of not knowing parent password but its a hacker who put it on

    I am also having this same problem although I was not hacked. My problem is that the parent email is no longer used and they dont know the password to it and beacuse I cant sign in (because of the new terms and conditions) I cant get to account settings
    to promote my account.

    Thank you. Can i create a second account using my same email? My kids are only 9 and i dont want them having an account. If not, I will have to use my husbands email to create a new account, but that means he will have to participate in the process as I
    cant access his email directly. So, once i have a new account, i designate that account as home for both consolea, but use the new account to sign into one of the consoles.
