I cant use my money??

I can not use my money and I do not know why. My xbox live gold has expired June 9 2014. I still have $ 41 in my account visible but not working.

Are you trying to make the purchase from the website or the console? The website is not currently set up to work with the new currency system. So it will only let you purchase via credit card. If you make the purchase via the console, it will let you split
the payment.

If you are trying to use it on the website, you can't. The site is not set up to access the currency on your account.

If you are trying to purchase on the console you don't need to do anything. Payment method automatically defaults to the currency amount and then goes to other payment sources for any extra that may be owed from the purchase.

 

When will the site be set up to access our currency?

 

No word has yet been given as to when that will happen.

 

I'm having the same issue with my account balance being gray and not being selectable. I'm trying to purchase xbox live from the console, but when i click confirm purchase it says "Can't find a valid payment option for your account."

 

Skeptik you cannot use Currency to buy xbox live gold. Sorry

 

why doesnt xbox tell you that you cant use money in account to go gold and offers zero refund policy

Nothing about memberships

Currwncy has never been allowed for subscriptions

In order to buy promotions you mist have a renewable membership as they all require autorenewal to be turned on
