I can´t use my microsoft acount on minecraft.

I'm not abble to use my minecraft since the thing of mojang to microsoft started, but the problem is that my acount is already a microsoft one before all of this and I can´t play because its saing ill have to pay it again the Java Edition that was already payed and everything was normal until this happend. please help me, i dont know what to do, i just wanted to play minecraft.

When I follow SamQY's instructions, I can add my Xbox live account, but I'm signing into a profile which doesn't have the online content from my Java profile (achievements, equipment, in-game currency). I need my Java account's UUID associated with my existing Microsoft account. There seems to be no self-serve way to do so.

Mojang support repeatedly points me to Micrsosoft and I cannot find a way to contact Microsoft to resolve this.

I have the same problem. Purchased Java version a long time ago, and Xbox more recently. Now I can't migrate my mature Java account. They need to implement a mechanism by which accounts may be merged. Completely insecure and unacceptable to ask users to create new Microsoft accounts just to play Minecraft.

Follow these steps and see if it helps you.

You have hit the button to go back to the accounts page. But then, don't click on your existing account that you want to sign into or you will just get back into the same problem loop that won't let you sign in. You have to add a new account. It is counterintuitive because you are not actually setting up a new account. But once you click to add a new account you can choose to sign in with your Microsoft account in the Launcher. Once you do that, it will automatically use the Microsoft account to log you in from the Launcher.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Mojang to investigate the issue further.

Im confused, do I need to create a new accont so I can have access to the minecraft that I already created with another microsoft account?

If you can´t registred nothing in your PC acount you can use normaly your "main" acount.

The problem is, if you have register a code activation of game (anyone!!!) that code will be atached to that acount FOREVER!!!

For a sample i have two acount the main and the PC and in PC i active a code for SF4, that game will came along that PC acount forever you can´t transfer that game license for another acount, i this moment you never can do that!!!, the maximum you can do
is transfer for another PC (you cancel a one PC autorization and pass to another Pc of yours).
