I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues using Mouse and Keyboard on Fortnite.

Would you mind giving this a try?

- Launch Fortnite and sign in to your alt account.
- While in Fortnite, open the settings menu and go to the Mouse & Keyboard tab
- Turn on "Lock Input Method as Mouse"
- Try getting in a match and see if the issues persist.

What model of keyboard and mouse are you using?. There is of course a work in progress for both, I highly suggest using a wired Keyboard and mouse only at this current moment on fortnite.

Both are wired but mouse wont work on any game is my mouse broke???

I am happy to help and try my best to resolve this issue. You can use wired USB mice and keyboards for navigation in select games and apps and—with a keyboard—getting around on Xbox.

Things to keep in mind:

• You can’t use a mouse on Home (Your main dashboard) or within the Xbox user interface while navigating the dashboard.
  
• You’ll need to use your controller to configure your mouse. Settings does not support mouse interaction.
  
• Microsoft Edge works with a mouse but also has an on-screen cursor.

I use keyboard and mouse for some games. The main games I use it for are Sim 4 and Cities. For me, the keyboard and mouse is more useful then a controller for those games. I glad you can use these 2 things on an xbox.
