i can't use my golden membership

i bought 12months golden today.when i removed the option for auto buying the golden membership,i can't user the golden membership.now i can't play fifa with friends online.i aso can't download free games for golden.

I can't sign in to my profile to play or use Netflix it say I need a gold membership and I a gold member,just receive a message that my subscription was cancelled so I bought a 59.99 membership, so I started playing and 5 minutes later my membership was
cancelled again

Habe you bought it with credit card or redeemed a code for it?

However you should go to http://account.live.com and check if the subscription is showing there.

You should urgently call the support on that, not that you accidentially cancelled your gold membership.

thanks for all your help.i can see my subscibe on microsoft.com and it is in service.,but the subscibe disappeared on xbox.com.the support enginer of xbox are on holiday.so i think i can't do anything this weekend.

 

I currently tried to add more live but am having an error. I believe it is because I'm now stationed in South Korea. I tried to change my region but Korea is not on the list for Xbox One. What should I do?

please start aa new post with your problem to get better tailored help. There may occur problems in South Korea sometimes if on a military base.

 

I got a trail golden membership for 30 days,when i logined my accout again after removed my accout from the xbox. i found that i lost my golden membership again after disabling the option of 'auto-renew subscription' .it' same to the 12 months's issue.i
can't play against my friends again......I think this may be a bug....

The support in Hongkong is on holiday at weekend,What i can do is playing stand-alone,an contracting Microsoft at Next Monday!

 

My issue was resolved。it was caused by Region Settings。When i truned the console on at the first time，i made a mistake，i chose singapore as my region，i changed to Hongkong later。But my acount was setted as singapore,the console is setted as Hongkong,the
difference caused this issue.I migrated my account form singapore to Hongkong.Now everything seems to be normal.
