I can’t use my digital voucher included in the Xbox Series X NBA 2k22 75th Anniversary Edition

No. I know exactly what I'm talking about. I bought the NBA 2k22 75th Anniversary Edition for XBOX SERIES X, and inside the case it also has a code for the Xbox One version. It literally says "Also includes a digital voucher for Xbox One" on the cover. The Xbox Series X disc does not work on Xbox One. When I typed in the code, it was supposed to give me the Xbox One version of the game digitally, but it didn't.

I figured the problem wouldn't be Xbox, you didn't buy the game from the Xbox store. If you were told that it is necessary to contact 2k, unfortunately you will have to speak to them to receive the content.

The code should show up as ''redeemed'' in your purchase history, I recommend you take a look at your purchase history through this link and check other accounts you use on your console.

With regard to you not having access to the Xbox One version, you will have to contact 2k. They are aware that the content in this edition was not delivered correctly.

I’m trying to play 2K on an Xbox One, Xbox on a 2K. Everything I need from 2K I already got, including the code. I’m trying to figure out how 2K is gonna possibly fix anything when it’s XBOX not giving me access to an XBOX GAME after I entered an XBOX CODE made specifically to play that game. 2K is just gonna send me right back to Xbox support because 2K would have no possible way of controlling anything other than giving me the code in the first place, which they already did.

That’s 3+ hours of my life I’ll never get back. And now I’m getting pissed cause it’s the same thing every single time with Microsoft customer support. A bunch of redirecting and other unnecessary stuff leading to absolutely nothing in the end. Spent that whole time with the agent “troubleshooting” as if restarting my console and all these other things are gonna magically give me access to the game (NBA 2k22) that it says I don’t own despite the fact that I do. All just to get redirected to 2K support in the end. The problem isn’t with 2K, I have the Next Gen disc, and all my codes came in the case. The problem is clearly with Xbox, because it’s not letting me play the damn game but yet it could realize that I redeemed the code. I’m sick and tired of this, where do I go that’s gonna actually give me access to play the **** game that I redeemed a code for?
