I cant use my controller of Xbox One on wind 7

I regret to say that this seems to be an on going issue with the PDP controllers. It could be something like a 32bit driver on a 64bit operating system. All PDP Web site says "PC compatible" and "...XBOX One controller can work on a PC". It does not specifically
mention Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or Windows 10. Just that it "can work" with PC...?

I bought a xbox one controller with cable for my computer, I use windows 7 and I can not run my stick. It is not detected in peripheral and the printer driver is not detected in the device manager. I did everything updated, Driver Uninstall I know what to
do.

i bought a pack porsche the 7. 9 .2015 but i have not received the downloadable content. i have the confirmation purchase in my account but i cant use this pack in my xbox one

I'm in the same boat. I also have an Elite Controller I just bought. I contacted Xbox/Microsoft support and they told me other people are having this problem as well, and they're working on it. It works fine on Windows 10, but not my Windows 7. Can't find
drivers. I've fully updated the controller to the latest firmware too, but no luck. I even tried to install the old xbox one drivers manually and that didn't work either.

This may be unrelated, but I'm also not able to use the Accessories App on my new xbox one elite console. It cant update. Anyone else having this problem? I haven't tried to power cycle it yet, but I'll try that next.

Let me know if you get it to work on Windows 7, and I'll do the same.

I completely agree. I notice this on Shadow of Mordor (Windows 7 64-bit). It's an excessive amount of dead zone. I also compared this with my xbox 360 controller. The dead zone on the xbox 360 is smaller (better) than on the xbox one controller. And the
360 controller I tested is brand new (less than one hour of use).
