I cant use mircosoft rewards

I just heard that Xbox rewards is transitioning into Microsoft rewards which is going to be a problem for me. I had an Microsoft rewards account years ago but I somehow triggered the automated anti-cheat detection (I didn't cheat) which gave me an option
to dispute it in an email but since I never really liked using bing search I just never bothered to contact them. So am I just going to lose everything in my xbox rewards account when the transition happens?

Im having the same problem a year later! thanks mircosoft. i spennd thousands of $ on xbox live and content and cant even use it!

 

Microsoft reward points

Mircosoft rewards select 3 on my phone i can buy for 300 open and it says it is no longer here so it refunds me

It costs 300 but refunds 400

At the moment there is little information to go by, however it would seem that as you are ineligible for Microsoft Rewards, it looks like you won't be able to earn rewards after the transition.
