    Hello, what do you have your console set up as? Have you moved recently. When these are sent it based off account info. You can try to contact a support person over the phone and see if they can help you exchange it possibly.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you received a prepaid code from Microsoft through your Xbox messages, but you are unable to redeem the prepaid code due to the region of the code. Are you using an Xbox One or Xbox 360? If
    you are using an Xbox One and look through the settings of the console, do you see what

    the assigned region of the console is    ? It should match the region of your Microsoft account.

    requesting a new code    . If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest
