I can't upgrade!

    I can't upgrade!


    I'm trying to upgrade microsoft jigsaw to premium, but I just keep getting an error message that says something went wrong, try later. I'n starting to get seriously annoyed by this. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

    Can't upgrade

    If you have used multiple Debit/Credit cards on your account, You may have outstanding balances on a previous card. You will have to transfer the fees from the old card to the current one to be able to purchase more membership. To do this, go to
    https://billing.microsoft.com and click on the card with outstanding balances.

    In this case, since the error you mentioned shows "SameDayUpgradeNotSupported", I believe you should be able to upgrade today or within a few days. Maybe the system thought you were trying to get an advantage by subscribing to Game Pass, then to Ultimate again - since the Game Pass would convert to Ultimate and give you one month worth of Ultimate paying less.

    How long have you been a Game Pass subscriber? And are you trying to use a payment method from the US?
