    sorry for bothering you in these time .. but recently i have feced a problem with my xbox the problem is that i can't update the xbox i keep pressing the A button to update it but it just doesn't start ... and after a while it gives me this message
    that i don't understand it really there are a lot of words in the message like the ( OS Version ) or the ( Source and Target OS ) .

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Is this issue occurring on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? Are you connecting your console to your internet through WiFi or with an ethernet
    cable? What is the error message that appears, and does an error code like E101 appear on the screen? If you are using the Xbox One, we recommend

    power cycling the console     by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Be sure to let us know the results
