i cant update my Microsoft Store

Cancel the download and clean your console's MAC, restart your internet device for a few minutes, and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

Thanks for the help but sadly this did not work

It didnt work buddy , I tried to Uninstall roblox and try to install it again , but my installation is not even starting . I doubt if this is because i havent updated microsoft store for a while , How do I update microsoft store , i think this may solve this problem

Welcome to Microsoft Xbox Community Forum. I understand that you are having an issue with launching Roblox on your console where you are directed to the Microsoft Store app but shows no available updates.

Firstly, may I know if you have tried restarting your Xbox console and then checking for updates again? If not, please try restarting your console and then check for updates again.



If restarting your console doesn't resolve the issue, please try the following steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select "My games & apps" from the guide.

3. Select "See all" to view all your installed games and apps.

4. Find Roblox in the list and press the "Menu" button on your controller.

5. Select "Manage game & add-ons" from the menu.

6. Select "Updates" from the left-hand menu.

7. If an update is available, it should appear in the list. Select it and then select "Update" to start the update process.



If you still can't see the update for Roblox, it's possible that the update hasn't been released yet or there may be an issue with the Microsoft Store. In this case, I recommend checking the Xbox Live status page to see if there are any known issues with the Microsoft Store. You can find the Xbox Live status page at Xbox Status | Xbox Support.

i cant download windows updates,languages,anything from the microsoft store, error code: 0x80246008
