I can't update my console

I can't update my console . It's keeps on saying"there is a problem with updating" and I tried the troubleshoot procedures but it's still giving me problems

We had some xbox service alerts around this time where a lot of things coming from our store was ineffective. Always check our

Xbox live service status page. Sometimes the issue is on our side, that suite is how you can tell if you need to t/s your system.

Where is this happening? On Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One / S / X or Xbox 360?

Do you have your console connected by wireless or cable? And gives any error code when reboots?

This may sound like a silly question, but do you wait a long enough time for the Xbox to reboot after it turns off? Sometimes it takes a little while and you just need to be patient and see if it works. It's happened to me before but it sorted itself out.
Also, I would recommend testing your Xbox Live connection, you could have a fault somewhere that is affecting the update.
