I cant uninstall flight sim delux

I am trying to reinstall filght sim delux but I cannot uninstall the version i have, it tells me its installed, but then it says it's not, it wont take my

25 digit code so i'm stuck.

how can I clear my current version completely to reinstall..seriously stuffed here thank you

If the problem persists, try doing a How to reset your Xbox console to factory defaults | Xbox Support, reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Sorry no luck. I uninstalled the Flight Sim Labs, FSX steam went okay. Yet when I install the Flight Sim Lab, it crashed again.

Thanks for the response, I'm trying to run the significantly older Microsoft flight sim X deluxe on my new computer, but wondering if it's to old of a version to do so.

I was able to get the xbox x back online by uninstalling the flight sim program and then reinstall it.

I think it's worth adding here the fact that flight simulator is showing in the Xbox app as trying to be installed - 123Gb worth. In fact there are 2 flight sims showing - 1 for the basic edition and the other for the premium deluxe which I bought. There are download progress bars that don't move and there's a remark "something went wrong" on both. They're both 123Gb.

Funny enough, The same app shows where the sim is installed.

I'm not a programmer but I think somebody made a mistake.
