    I can’t turn on my Xbox


    Hi, I’m having a problem, cause I can’t turn my Xbox on since yesterday, there’s an orange light on my power supply. I’m suscribed to the xbox one preview, so I want you to let me know if it is a power supply or if you can help me to solve this problem

    Xbox won’t display in 4k on my monitor

    I bought a Omen 27” display. It says optimal is in 2560x1440 60hz but I can’t switch from current mode, 1920x1080 60hz. because of this, I can’t turn on my Xbox’s 4K. Any help?

    I can’t sign in

    Whenever I turn on my Xbox it gives me the green screen and when I go to sign in it says that it can’t and I go to the settings and it says it can’t launch it and to use the code 0x800401fb and yet I have no results

    You will want to go through this troubleshooting guide for the power supply, mainly to check if there is a power supply issue: Xbox One Power Supply Solution | Reset Xbox One Power Supply

    The Preview system updates can possibly bring undocumented issues to the Xbox console, so if necessary, check the
    special subforum for Insider members to see if anybody else is getting a similar issue.

    Worst case scenario, you will have to send either your console
    OR your power supply in for repair/replacement. If it comes to that point, you can set up a repair here: https://devicesupport.microsoft.com

    When i attempt to turn my series s controller on it just keeps flashing

    i can’t update my controller because i can’t turn it on to go into settings and it is paired but it’s just when i turn it on it just doesn’t stop flashing for a moment then goes off , it’s charged aswell

    Why can I not connect to the Xbox network

    I have the same exact problem (Series X) it’s been happening randomly over the past month. No issues at all with any other devise on my network, but when I turn my Xbox off (set to sleep mode) upon turning back on it can’t find any wireless networks, if I type in my network it can’t find it. You have to coax it to go back and connect to a network.
