    i am havein the samething on my xbox 360 bought it and cant get family settings to turn it off

    Problems with Xbox 360 S

    Ok so I have the xbox 360 slim and i cant turn off family settings which I never turned on and can't reset my xbox to factory settings I cant remove Hard drive because it's the internal hard drive.

    stumped! We bought this movie when it came out and never has this issue until today. Why would you add options to a movie, but then prevent your customer from being able to choose thier viewing experience? So dumb and frustrating. Please fix this!
