    Help, On Xbox One, If Battlefield 4 was run last time i played, i need to restart my xbox

    On my Xbox one, if I play or launch BF4, then turn off my Xbox the next time i turn it on, i can't launch any apps, play any games or leave the home screen

    Xbox one controller home button

    All of my xbox controllers can turn on my xbox one with the home button but after that it doesn't work. I can't go back to home to switch games or take screenshot. I have to turn off my xbox one to switch games.

    Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

    Try restarting your Xbox by holding the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds. See if that works. Hopefully it does. If it doesnt, if I was you I would try it later because you dont want the number of switches left to go down.
