    I cant turn off auto renew/Xbox love isnt recognized in my subscriptions


    I purchased xbox live on 2 different accounts. On one it was totally fine I was able to turn off autorenew.. and in my subscriptions my xbox live gold was recgonized but on the other account it saysto buy xbox live and doesnt have it as one of my shbscriptions
    even though xbox live is workig fine on my xbox... xbox chat isnt working for me either and im really confused why microsoft isnt recognizing it even in my purchase history it shows i urchased it

    im pressing on the turn off button of autorenew subscription for xbox live , and nothing happens , i cant take my credit card out of the site , and i cant cancel auto renew ?

    This did not work. When I tried this solution I got a message that the payment option was in use for the Auto Renewal, and that I should visit xbox.com/support for more information on how to turn off Auto Renewal. And here I can't turn off Auto Renewal because
    it won't recognize my computer.

    You will still have to turn off auto-renewal after you start a trial. Anytime you start a trial or subscription from Xbox, it will turn on auto-renewal even if you have turned it off before. You can find out how to turn off auto-renewal here -

    Oh! Yes you can turn off auto renewal. Go to my account on xbox.com > manage subscriptions then turn off auto renewal. Hope that helps!

    If you bought the subscription through Xbox, it turns on auto-renewal (which it does warn you about before confirming payment), so if you did not turn off auto-renewal, that is why you are being charged again. You can turn off auto-renewal and cancel the
