I can't turn in my Quests on the xbox gamepass

I can't turn in my Quests on the xbox gamepass on the xbox console or the gamepass app on my phone just keeps saying we couldn't submit your quests and it's been saying that since yesterday now I've also reset my xbox and I've reset my router and still nothing.

Yeah I have a series x and a series s and game pass on my phone and tablet and can't submit my completed game pass quests on any of these devices when connected to my Youfibre broadband, but if I tether my devices to my phone using 4G/5G data then it works. So the issue seems to be with the ISP rather than xbox.

I've also noticed sometimes when trying to play via cloud the play button is missing and only shows install on device/console. This too is rectified by using 4G/5G tethering also. It's very annoying to say the least.

To me its as if microsoft think we'rein countries that aren't game gass compatible, but I'm in the UK and not using a VPN or anything.

Ah, that's helpful. Turned the wifi off on my phone and managed to turn in my quests. The problem seems to be with the IP changing on fibre broadband, so the phone using the wifi, or the Xbox using the wired connection would both have a problem.

I got mine fixed I got youfibre to switch me to there statics broadband its and extra £5 but I don't mind and everything works again now theyhe xbox setting through me router was In the USA and I'm guessing its not just me so if you can I would try doing that if you can

I haven't been able to get any points since Friday. On Bing searches, daily sets or GamePass Quests...
