    my communication ban expired days ago but for some reason I can't talk or send messages on Xbox 1 I have deleted profile hard reset everything please come up with a solution

    If you have a communications ban it would be listed on enforcement.xbox.com. You can file a case review if eligible from there. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    I have talked to a customer support agent and i cant reply or message anyone i can join parties and private chats ,but i cant send one. I cant even send any on Xbox.com

    Hello, If you got a Temporary communications suspensions it may be issued for 1, 7, or 14 days. The length of the suspension varies depending on the severity of the violations(s)
