    my communication ban expired days ago but for some reason I can't talk or send messages on Xbox 1 I have deleted profile hard reset everything please come up with a solution

    i cant talk to friends or send messages

    my account just recently got unsuspended and i still cant talk to anybody or send messages and i dont know why.

    If you have a communications ban it would be listed on enforcement.xbox.com. You can file a case review if eligible from there. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    I have talked to a customer support agent and i cant reply or message anyone i can join parties and private chats ,but i cant send one. I cant even send any on Xbox.com

    Go to
    https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
    look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

    If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

    Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
    Yes to confirm.

    Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.

    Hey, Vapid by any chance do you have a communications ban on your account? Have you tried calling Microsoft Support. Also, what about hard resetting your Xbox?
