I can't talk in game chat

Discus and support I can't talk in game chat in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I haven't had this problem before and everything I've tried doesn't work I can talk in party's just fine but when I switch to game chat it doesn't...     I haven't had this problem before and everything I've tried doesn't work I can talk in party's just fine but when I switch to game chat it doesn't register that I'm speaking I can hear other people just fine I just can't communicate with my teammates on modern warfare 2

    It could indeed be a bug . Are you able to test it with different profiles?

    Yea I have and it says that I'm talking and it's registering my voice I've literally tried everything and Idk what else To do that's why I came on here I've even looked up videos on YouTube I'm starting to think it's just the game at this point

    Have you checked the microphone level on your settings?

    What happens if you test the microphone on the settings as well?
