I cant talk and message but my account suspension has passed

If the steps you were given does not work, I've heard of an issue where the enforcement site is not show additional bans and the only way you can find out is to call support and they can tell you if you still have an active ban and when it will end.

Try this to see if it helps.

First remove or delete the account from your current console.

Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off.

Restart the console and then proceed to recover the account back onto the console.

I've had a few confirmations of this working. But not always. Good luck.

It didn't work, but now I know this is a console suspension since I cant message with my other account

Yes, but i did talk to someone on xbox support, they told me that there is another suspension on my account. Even tho when i look at my enforcement history there is no other suspension..

A week before, i was talking to xbox and they assured me that my account would be back to normal after the 14/6/17. No mention of any other suspension.

Please can you look into this for me. its not fair that iv been waiting for my suspension to end. And then to be told that there is another suspension that i was never told about, its just very suspicious considering as i said,i was talking to xbox support

I’ve done everything everyone has told me to do for my account. I also put my account on another xbox to see if it would change anything and nothing works. Not sure what type of glitch is going on. I can talk in party chat and team chat but still cant
message. I tried checking my reputatiok but it keeps telling me that it cant send messages to the numbers i give.
